High certificate for Heikki Kiljander
Finnish collector Heikki Kiljander (b. 1922) has been awarded Sir Augustus Wollaston Franks Certificate for excellence in collecting. He has been collecting ex-libris since mid 1940’s and his collection of Finnish ex-libris consists of 20.000 examples.
The certificate was received during FISAE congress in Istanbul, Turkey.
